Cocktails and Culture: Boca Ballet Theatre Hosts an
Eclectic Evening at the Boca Raton Museum of Art

cocktail pic 3In the spirit of artistic collaboration, Boca Ballet Theatre proudly hosted our annual “Evening of Art, Cocktails, and Hors d’oeuvres” event and fundraiser at the Boca Raton Museum of Art last month, to support our upcoming production of Romeo and Juliet.
Following in the footsteps of last year’s successful soirée at Ora Sorensen Art Gallery, guests enjoyed cocktails and conversation while taking advantage of underwriting opportunities for Romeo and Juliet. A live harpist and dancers clad in costume set the tone for the evening, evoking a Renaissance-era ambiance, inspired by Romeo and Juliet.

Boca Ballet Theatre extends sincere thanks to Steven Maklansky, Director of the Boca Raton Museum of Art, for helping make this possible, and Event Chair Cynthia Wohl, and the Boca Ballet Theatre Committee Members for producing an elegant and uplifting evening.  Boca Ballet Theatre takes great pride in collaborating with likeminded arts organizations, and was especially pleased to host this event at one of South Florida’s premier cultural institutions – a venue equally as devoted to artistic expression and inspiration.
