BBT dazzled at star-studded "A Starry Night" Gala

On January 7, 2024, Boca Ballet Theatre dazzled all in attendance at Baptist Health presents “A Starry Night” Gala. Honorary Chair Arlene Herson curated an unforgettable evening celebrating BBT’s 33rd anniversary in the Cathedral Room at The Boca Raton. Over a hundred guests gathered for a fine dining experience with dancers from Daniel Ulbricht’s Stars of American Ballet. These guest artists came from New York City Ballet, Alvin Ailey, Ballet Hispánico, and more to perform in South Florida for one night only in Elizabeth H. Dudley presents Stars of American Ballet.

During the gala’s festivities, BBT was pleased to present Stars of American Ballet founder and NYCB dancer Daniel Ulbricht with the 2024 Steven Caras Award. This lifetime achievement in the arts award celebrates the recipient’s exceptional service in promoting, preserving, and perpetuating the art of dance in the 21st century. With his explosive artistry, pristine professionalism, and humble spirit, we cannot think of a more deserving recipient of this year’s award!
