Volunteer Guild
The Volunteer Guild is the backbone of all Boca Ballet Theatre events. We need your help with planning, invitations and mailings, reservations, decorations, setup, underwriting, and securing donations for our silent auction baskets, among myriad other activities.
These are a few of our special events:
“The Gingerbread Ball” is our post-Nutcracker fundraiser. Children and their parents in the audience get to meet the cast after each matinee performance.
Our “Spring Cocktail Party” is a major annual underwriting event that sets the stage for our upcoming spring production.

Service Behind the Scenes
Volunteers are involved in making sure the performances make it to the stage.
Backstage: Help with sets, props, costumes, and cues as an integral member of the backstage.
In front of the theatre: We need your valuable people skills during every performance as an usher or box office assistant.
Boca Ballet Theatre boutique & concessions: Guild members staff the boutique and concessions for most performances.

Meetings & Officers
The Guild meets periodically to discuss the needs of the school and the company. We hear committee reports on the status of fundraisers and service projects as well as new business ideas. Let us know if you want to climb the leadership ladder and help guide this vital organization as an officer.
