BBT to Host Auditions for The Nutcracker on Saturday, August 27th!
Fall is right around the corner, and with dancers returning to the studio to kick off another semester at the School of Boca Ballet Theatre, we are already looking forward to preparing for our production of The Nutcracker in November!
Want to be part of this holiday classic? BBT will host auditions for The Nutcracker on Saturday, August 27, 2022, for ballet students Levels 1 through 8. Check out the schedule of auditions below, and be sure to join us for a BBT family meet and greet on the day of the auditions!
Audition Schedule: August 27th, 2022
Ballet 6 – 8
2 PM Registration
2:30–4 PM Audition
Ballet 1 – 5
Ages 7–9 (by September 1, 2022)
3:30 PM Registration
4–5 PM Audition
Ages 10 & up (not on pointe)
4:30 PM Registration
5–6 PM Audition
Please wear Boca Ballet Theatre uniform.
AUDITION FEE $20 – Cash or Check
BBT Family Meet and Greet
Parents of dancers are invited to stay at BBT’s studio during auditions for a short meet and greet with other families! We will serve light refreshments and provide a fun tour of the studio! Come get a peek behind the scenes in our warehouse, where we store our sets and props, and explore our very special “tutu loft,” which houses all of the beautiful tutus seen onstage in our performances! Don’t miss your chance to meet the BBT family and examine the magic of our stagecraft up close! Hope to see you there!
