Boca Ballet Theatre’s Summer Intensive Workshops have earned a reputation for being the most thorough and rewarding dance experience a student can have during the summer, and many use it as a launching pad for a professional career in dance. Under the supervision of BBT’s Co-Artistic Directors Dan Guin and Jane Tyree, the program offers top quality teachers and master guest Artistic Directors from top conservatories and companies around the country.

This 5-week intensive workshop includes well-known and respected Artistic Directors Adam Sklute from Ballet West; Hope Muir from Charlotte Ballet; Robert Curran from Louisville Ballet; James Sofranco from Grand Rapids Ballet. The directors will be using this workshop as an audition for trainee, 2nd company, and apprentice contracts in their ballet companies. What a great opportunity to be seen by these esteemed directors!

The Summer Performance Intensive Workshop culminates in a full-length performance of La Bayadère. Students perform together with guest artists: Sterling Baca and Nayara Lopes of Pennsylvania Ballet and Sasha de la Sola of San Francisco Ballet. Performances will take place July 31 and August 1–2.

Summer Intensive Workshops run from June 29, 2020, to August 2, 2020.
