Inaugural Sugar Plum Fairy Tea enchants attendees at Royal Palm Polo Club

On November 3, 2024, Boca Ballet Theatre hosted its inaugural Sugar Plum Fairy Tea, enchanting guests with a taste of the magic to come in our upcoming production of The Nutcracker. Attendees enjoyed an elegant high tea featuring an array of canapés, mimosas, and specialty teas at the luxurious Royal Palm Polo Club. Lending magic to this benefit was the cast of The Nutcracker, who joined guests in costume to perform a live enactment of the Nutcracker story, which was beautifully orated by beloved BBT patron Arlene Herson.

We wish to extend a heartfelt thank you to Stephen and Kim Lazarus, who sponsored the stunning venue for this event—the perfect location for an tasteful high tea! Thank you also to Loretta Parker, the Event Chair who curated this unforgettable event, and Arlene Herson for lending her voice to the magical tale that is The Nutcracker. Finally, we wish to thank the generous patrons who attended and supported BBT by bidding in our silent auction. All proceeds from the Sugar Plum Fairy Tea will benefit Boca Ballet Theatre and its 34th Season of Dance!

Featured below are just a few of the many highlights from this event!
