NYCB's Megan Fairchild and Joseph Gordon to star in BBT's Coppélia
Boca Ballet Theatre is proud to present Coppélia on April 5-6, 2025! We hope you’ll join us for this charming narrative ballet, featuring New York City Ballet principal guest artists Megan Fairchild and Joseph Gordon as well as a talented cast of Boca Ballet Theatre’s dancers.
We are thrilled to welcome Megan back to our stage this spring! She has performed with BBT several times, dazzling us with her performances in BBT’s presentation of The Stars of American Ballet, “A Princely Affair” Performance and Luncheon, and La Sylphide in 2017. We are especially grateful to Henry & Harriet Pownall for underwriting Megan’s performance in Coppélia this spring!
This year will be Joseph’s first time performing with our dancers, and we can’t wait to watch him in action!
Coppélia, a family favorite, is a farcical comedy about a boy, a girl, another girl who’s not really a girl but a doll, and an eccentric doll-maker who attempts to bring his beautiful doll Coppélia to life.
You don’t want to miss this vibrant comic ballet and your chance to see these beautiful dancers sharing the stage with BBT’s aspiring young dancers.
