Piano Man

“Piano Man” is inspired by the black and white “Merrie Melodies” cartoons of the 1930s. Set to the music of Liberace, this piece brings to life animated images of a piano keyboard’s octave with infectiously playful movement and music!

Con Amore

Con Amore is a delightful romp, featuring the bubbling opera overtures of Gioaccino Rossini. This comedic ballet weaves together two love stories. The first follows a charming bandit who finds himself amongst a company of Amazons who fall in love with him. The second tale features a flirtatious bride who entertains an entourage of admirers while her husband is away. In the ballet’s finale, Cupid appears, letting arrows fly with some surprisingly hilarious results!

Moonlight Concerto

With its evocative score and haunting lighting, “Moonlight Concerto” is a BBT crowd favorite and has been performed many times over the years. This ballet was choreographed by Jennifer Vanucchi-Dolan, who has performed professionally and now teaches dance at Calvary Christian Academy. Jennifer describes the ballet as “a very classical piece, but we're really taking classical ballet and giving it a modern feel. It's a mood piece without a story.”
